The situation
Our Return on Ad Spend has significantly decreased from an average ROAS of 20% down to 0.44%.
The task
Our team was tasked to create a loyalty program that provides our customer with rewards and incentives to buy more products and increase sales. This in turn will increase our return on ad spend, making our advertising more profitable.
The action
As the social media marketing team lead, I worked with a group of marketers to present a multi-channel social media advertising campaign that targets customers at each stage of the marketing funnel, which will lead to an increase in the number of people joining the loyalty program. My approach was to create engaging social media content that targeted customers in the awareness and engagement stages of the funnel to help increase loyalty program conversion rates.
